When Michael Rust started GUK back in 2003 it was with just two employees, covering 24hr security at a country property. We have successfully grown to over a team of over 800 people working across nearly 2000 commercial, corporate and residential locations.

Michelle Smith, our CEO for the past 8 years, and Michael have positioned GUK at the forefront of protection management, and are proud of all that we have accomplished as a collective and of the services that GUK, GUK Tech and Reception UK deliver every day. A culmination of our hard work and effort is reflected in our position in the top 0.5% of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) assessment scores for the past 17 years, which in itself is a testament to the quality of standards throughout our business.
