Residential/Concierge Service

A porter style service, incorporating security elements, with reception style customer service and minor maintenance skills.

Building Management

Overseeing the safety and maintenance of designated properties and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Recommending and coordinating improvements to the property and service levels in partnership with our clients:

  • Health and Safety compliance of a building and its occupants
  • Soft Service Management and evaluations
  • Create budget reports and analysis
  • Promote cost saving opportunities for clients

Recruitment Service

A temporary to permanent service, utilising RUK’s extensive recruitment techniques, including CV filtering and interviewing to find the perfect representative for your brand/building.
