Last week we held a fantastic training day in Manchester with our client Hartnell Taylor Cook for all the Contract Managers, Facilities Managers and Building Managers involved with their sites across the UK.
The goal? To strengthen working relationships, streamline practices across all sites and to nurture a ‘One Team’ approach.
Patricia Jackson from HTC and Gary White, Contract Manager for GUK, put together a comprehensive course covering:
– ELOG Books
– Additional responsibilities and requirements of Building Managers and Security Officers
– Legionella Awareness Course (Online Certificate)
– Building Evacuation Course (Online Certificate)
The feedback from everyone was really positive. This was an entry level course but attendees from both HTC and GUK appreciated the training; everyone learnt something new and took away valuable new skills to support their day-to-day roles. We are already planning how to make next years’ event even better.
This is a great example of how we can collaborate with our clients to ensure we’re offering a cohesive service and all coming together in a ‘One Team’ approach.
