The challenge: Northampton’s Sol Central needed a security team to look after their estate that would work alongside their current cinema security team. The youth of the area have very little to do and would congregate at the park creating an anti-social environment.

The Solution: Initially GUK assisted by providing a robust and highly trained team to control anti-social behaviour. Working in partnership with local police, the security team managed the groups frequenting the centre and in doing so helped to make the leisure facility a friendlier environment for people of all ages to visit, which in turn increased footfall and reinvigorated Sol Central.
