You may recognize Sophie as she has worked for GUK/RUK for over seven years. She is a great example of what can be achieved with hard-work and dedication. Her career with us started as a part time administration manager, since then she has been promoted to a Contracts Manager, then a Service Delivery Manager and is now a Portfolio Manager for a large GUK/RUK client. Throughout this time Sophie has completed her ILM Level 4 in Leadership and Management, IOSH, gained her SIA license and undertaken mental health training to name but a few.

When asked what Sophie likes about working for GUK/RUK she said “I like its diversity, no day is ever the same and I love meeting different people from the CEO to the people on the ground.”

It is a pleasure having Sophie as part of our management team and we’ve enjoyed watching her grow within our industry.
