GUK recognise that learning and development is key to ensuring our management team feel motivated and supported. Ten of our managers recently completed the ILM Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management. This is aimed at developing managers and allows them to successfully take on higher levels of responsibility within GUK. Modules covered throughout this distance learning course include, how to plan, allocate and organise work to improve productivity. It also aids our managers in how to motivate their teams, improve performance and create a culture of innovation throughout GUK.
